As part of a recruitment for one of our clients, a recognized company in the field of technical building installations, PROMAN BM Emploi SA is looking for a: Heating Project Manager (M/F).

Your missions ###

• Complete management and monitoring of projects in the field of heating
• Study, planning, and dimensioning of installations
• Preparation of offers, tenders, and cost estimates
• Organization, coordination, and monitoring of construction sites
• Coordination of teams, suppliers, and various stakeholders
• Monitoring of costs, budgets, and deadlines
• Participation in site meetings and exchanges with clients
• Quality control of work and compliance with current standards
• Administrative and technical management of projects until their acceptance

Requirements ##

Your profile ###

• CFC heating installer or equivalent training
• Additional training as an ES technician, federal diploma, or equivalent: an asset
• Professional experience in Switzerland mandatory
• Confirmed experience in the heating field and in project management
• Excellent technical knowledge of heating installations
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and practices in the sector
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Autonomy, rigor, and excellent organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of customer service
• Driver's license indispensable
