In order to strengthen our existing teams in the Côte vaudoise region, we are looking for Assistants in Community Nursing and Healthcare in psychiatry.

Assistant in Community Nursing and Healthcare ASSC in psychiatry (M/F)

Your mission:

• Support and interpersonal relations: Supporting the patient in activities of daily living by promoting their autonomy and rehabilitation.
• Technical and medico-technical care: Performing delegated care (blood sampling, vital signs monitoring, dressings) and ensuring the secure management and distribution of medicinal treatments.
• Animation of the therapeutic environment: Co-animating sociotherapeutic activities and workshops to maintain the social connection of patients.
• Clinical monitoring: Observing the evolution of the patients' mental and physical health status, and transmitting key information accurately (oral and written in the computer file).

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) required;
• Valid right of practice in the relevant canton or recognition in progress;
• You are versatile, flexible and autonomous;
• Experience in psychiatry (a major asset) or a keen interest in mental health and complex human relationships.
• Required qualities: Excellent listening skills, empathetic posture, stress management, rigor and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Flexibility: Ability to work according to variable schedules (split shifts, weekends, and potentially nights depending on the service organization).
