In order to ensure the continuity of its financial and accounting activities, the RSHL is looking for a: Finance and Accounting Specialist Start date: 1st December 2026 or to be agreed Your mission ------------- * Accounting and closings * Budget management and management control * Reporting and decision support for the Management * Relations with cantonal authorities, auditing bodies and external partners Your main responsibilities -------------------------------- * Ensure the functional responsibility of general and analytical accounting, in collaboration with administrative employees and external partners * Contribute to the preparation of budgets and ensure their monitoring as well as budget control * Perform periodic closings and prepare annual accounts * Guarantee the quality of analytical accounting and produce the financial information necessary for the steering of the institution * Elaborate financial reports intended for the Management * Perform financial analyses, management indicators and dashboards * Ensure the financial monitoring of specific projects and financings * Coordinate relations with the fiduciary, auditors, cantonal authorities and other financial partners * Ensure functional supervision and accompany administrative employees involved in financial and accounting processes * Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative, financial and internal control processes Your profile ------------ * Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or training deemed equivalent * At least 5 years of experience in a similar function * Excellent mastery of accounting and ability to work autonomously * Very good knowledge of Excel and usual office tools * Experience in the health or parapublic sector as well as knowledge of Opale bluePearl constitute assets * Rigor, analytical spirit, sense of responsibility, discretion and interpersonal skills Réseau Santé Haut-Léman * Réseau Santé Haut-Léman Route des Tilles 6a 1847 Rennaz * [ ](< >) jpidec81f4ejm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
