We are looking for our future Car Explainer, a person passionate and enthusiastic about the automotive field, who will know how to discover our universe, present our technologies and transmit the BYD experience to our customers.

YOUR MISSION

As a BYD Car Explainer, you accompany customers in the purchase of their vehicle, you plan and carry out the handover of their vehicle.

Thanks to your continuous internal training, you will progressively develop your sales skills in order to actively contribute to the company's objectives.

YOUR OBJECTIVE: to offer a premium customer experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, advise and inform customers about vehicles, options and services
• Organize and carry out vehicle test drives
• Deliver vehicles on-site or externally, clearly explaining their operation
• Participate in the arrangement of the showroom (setup, reorganization of vehicles)
• Promote the company image and highlight the brand to our customers

YOUR PROFILE

Training & experience

• Commercial training (CFC or equivalent), ideally in the automotive sector
• First successful experience in sales or customer relations, ideally in a garage

Technical skills

• Passion for automobiles and a strong interest in new technologies
• Ease in explaining, promoting and selling a product
• Good command of common IT tools
• Valid driver's license
• Clean criminal record

Languages

• Proficiency in French (oral and written)
• A second language is an asset

Personal qualities

• Neat presentation, smiling, dynamic and empathetic attitude
• Taste for customer contact and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and results orientation
• Residence in the Romanel-sur-Lausanne region or nearby
