Job description ##

Under the aegis of the Rectorat and the responsibility of the direction of the STEPS Service (Occupational health, environment, prevention and safety), the holder is in charge of:

• Defining student health policy and representing the UNIGE Student Health Service to internal and external bodies of the University (HUG, IHEID, HES, Associations, Institutions, etc.) for all health services.
• Ensuring the direction of Healthy Campus projects, Psychological and medical Consultation systems, Special Needs as well as Student Support by students.
• Ensuring the Management of the Student Health Service and the Management of the team.

Required title and skills ##

Basic training and professional experience required:

• University education at Doctorate level in the field of health
• Management training a plus
• 5 years of experience in an equivalent position or in a management position within an institution
• Clinical practice in the field of health a plus

Specific knowledge useful for the position:

• Good knowledge of the Geneva health network (HUG, associations, private practices, etc.)
• Knowledge of the university environment, faculties and services/divisions concerned with the health of the student community
• Team management and use of SI UNIGE IT tools
