Mandated by a high-end watch manufacture in the Geneva region for a permanent position, we are looking for a:

SCHEDULING SPECIALIST / SCHEDULER (M/F)

Job Description
--------------------

• Establish the manufacturing program and plan workshop work in the short and medium term.
• Verify the feasibility of the manufacturing program by validating the load/capacity calculations of the workshops and supplies
• Create, launch, and monitor manufacturing orders according to the production plan.
• Ensure the availability of components and supply them to the relevant department
• Ensure the processing of return and rework parts.
• Identify and analyze any shortcomings and discrepancies.
• Participate in optimization and flow acceleration projects.
• Conduct analyses aimed at optimizing stock levels
• Drive the steering indicators for the production sector.

Profile sought
-----------------

• HES engineering degree, ES technician with a focus on production management, industrial engineering, supply chain.
• First experience in short-term scheduling/planning, in watchmaking or aeronautics would be a plus.
• Proficiency in IT tools, notably Excel/ Power BI
• Good knowledge of an ERP (SAP a plus)
