Assistant Store Manager at 100%

Job description:

As Assistant Store Manager, your missions are as follows:

• Opening and closing the store
• Cashier (selling items at the till), shelf stocking
• Cash closing
• Customer advice
• Assist the store manager in the daily management and organization of the store
• Order management for small suppliers
• Assistance in team management (planning, distribution)
• Administrative tasks (attendance reporting, scanning)
• Hygiene protocols and their documentation
• Ensuring the proper maintenance of the store and compliance with company procedures
• Assistance in establishing inventories

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar function of at least 3 years
• Good management skills
• CFC in Retail Management
• Good command of spoken French
• Organized, dynamic and reliable person
• Motivated and ready to commit
• Team spirit
• Autonomy and flexibility
