Your Tasks

• Management of the telephone switchboard
• Management of Customer Service email inboxes
• Transmission of analysis results
• Drafting and management of various correspondence
• Handling complaints from practices, clinics, and hospitals
• Advising doctors on pre-analytical protocols
• Management of non-conformities and file modifications
• Addition of analyses
• Execution of various general tasks specific to the department

Your Profile

Technical:

• Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician diploma or medical assistant)
• Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results, and pre/analytical protocols
• In-depth knowledge of medical practice and hospital practices with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Comfortable with IT tools and demonstrating speed
• Good oral and written command of French
• English and/or German would be an asset
