What awaits you? ##

In this key role, you ensure complete, professional and sustainable management of the basic private clientele. You are a trusted interlocutor for all current banking services and accompany your clients in their everyday financial needs.
Concretely, you:

• Advise clients in a personalized manner for all basic services;
• Analyze needs, identify potential and exploit client information for targeted and relevant cross-selling;
• Accompany and support clients in the client area, actively promoting digital solutions and self-service;
• Master digital tools and contribute to their correct use;
• Ensure the proper functioning and supply of automated teller machines;
• Participate in prospecting, representation and presence actions in the local market, in collaboration with the team.

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training, SAQ certification being an asset.
• Proven experience in basic private client advisory or in an equivalent role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service, allowing you to establish a lasting relationship of trust.
• Dynamic, committed and persevering personality, with a strong team spirit and easy communication.
• Good knowledge of the regional economic fabric.
• Mobility and flexibility to work within our different branches.
