Intensive Care Expert Nurse EPD ES at 80%

Reference: CLS/RH/ / Contract type: Permanent Contract at 80% / Hours: in 12 hours + occasionally 7h-16h and 11h-20h schedules / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

A member of our team is today pursuing a new professional training project. To ensure the continuity of excellence in intensive care management, we wish to welcome a certified intensive care expert nurse EPD ES.
What will you be required to do?
Take charge of patient·es presenting complex acute situations and ensure continuous clinical monitoring
Perform nursing care and delegated medical acts with rigor, guaranteeing their quality, safety, and traceability
Closely monitor the evolution of the patient·es' state of health in order to prevent and anticipate all complications and adapt the care
Collaborate and coordinate care with all the professional·les involved in the care
Communicate with patient·es and their relatives, providing listening, information, and support throughout their care
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of care, based on scientific data and the development of skills

What do we expect from you?
The essentials:
Have an HES nurse diploma or one recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse
Hold an intensive care expert nurse EPD ES diploma recognized by the Société Suisse de Médecine Intensive (SGI-SSMI)
Have at least three years of experience in intensive care or resuscitation
Be able to manage stress in emergency situations
Possess ease in handovers and an excellent capacity for communication with clear expression adapted to situations
