Location: Gland | 50-80% | Practice | Start date: from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

For one of our clients, a human-scale physiotherapy practice located in Gland, we are looking for a Physiotherapist (m/f/d). You will join a small, experienced team that prioritizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality care.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the care of a varied patient base, from young people to the elderly
• Intervene in different fields: orthopedics, traumatology, rheumatology, respiratory, geriatrics, uro-gynecology, and home care
• Develop care plans adapted to the needs and objectives of each patient
• Use a diversified therapeutic approach, combining active and manual techniques
• Collaborate closely with other physiotherapists and benefit from their complementary specialties and experiences
• Maintain collaboration with general practitioners, rheumatologists, chiropractors, hospitals, and clinics in the region
• Permanently place patient listening and quality of care at the center of your practice

Your profile

• You hold a physiotherapist diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• You have initial professional experience allowing you to work with a certain degree of autonomy
• You have perfect command of French; any other language is an asset
• You appreciate a varied therapeutic approach and do not limit yourself solely to active techniques
• Knowledge in manual therapy, muscle chains, or other complementary approaches is a plus
• You are a good listener, know how to recognize your limits, and do not hesitate to ask for advice when necessary
• You share a vision of physiotherapy focused on the quality of care and the needs of the patient
