Our opportunity
Within our Habillage Manufacture based in Saignelégier, we are looking for a Case Polisher.

Reporting to the Finishing Production Manager, you guarantee the excellent finishing of our case components in compliance with quality standards. As a true field liaison, you resolve technical issues, facilitate the flow of information, and collaborate closely with upstream/downstream workshops (machining, grinding, washing, assembly), as well as with Quality and Industrialization, to actively contribute to the optimization and sustainability of our know-how.

Polishing
According to the schedules established by the workshop coordinator and under the supervision of the Finishing Manager, you perform finishing operations on case habillage components in precious and non-precious metals: satinating, polishing, brightening, and micro-blasting. You report any anomaly impacting safety or the smooth running of the production process, in compliance with established standards. You take an active part in workshop life by sharing your best practices, proposing improvement ideas, and participating in information transmission dynamics. You also ensure the routine maintenance of the production equipment entrusted to you.

Control and improvement of manufactured products
You guarantee the quality of your production by performing the required dimensional and aesthetic self-checks. If necessary, you carry out the re-habillage of your parts as well as those of your colleagues or other workshops. You provide rigorous and objective feedback in case of non-conformity.

Coordination and communication
You collaborate closely with the various transverse services and participate in the transmission of instructions to your colleagues. You adhere to and contribute fully to the brand's projects.

Your Profile
With a CFC in Watchmaking Finishing or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience of 5 years in watch polishing. Mastery of various materials, particularly gold alloys and titanium, represents a major asset, as does a pronounced interest in automatic polishing machines (Crevoisier and/or Recomatic).

Recognized for your calm, rigor, and meticulousness, you know how to combine autonomy and efficiency. Honest and supportive, you demonstrate agility in the face of the unforeseen. Your dynamism and sense of initiative make you a key player in problem-solving and continuous improvement. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you facilitate collaboration and instill a constructive team spirit within the workshop.

A perfect command of French is indispensable.
