Multipurpose Operations Agent

In order to strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a Multipurpose Operations Agent to ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of our indoor and outdoor infrastructures.

Your main missions

• Routine maintenance of buildings, premises, and installations.
• Small maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas and technical premises.
• Preparation and dispatch of orders for consumables, PPE, and equipment, with stock monitoring.
• Maintenance of green spaces: mowing, pruning, weeding, planting, and maintenance of green roofs.
• Cleaning of gutters and water drainage systems.
• Participation in snow removal and salting during the winter period.
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance and use of maintenance machines and equipment.
• Compliance with maintenance, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Your profile

• CFC in Operations Agent or equivalent training.
• Experience in the maintenance of buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
• Forklift and aerial platform licenses: an asset.
• Good knowledge of French and standard IT tools.
• Good physical condition and aptitude for outdoor work.
• Mastery of maintenance machines and equipment.
