We are looking for one of our clients, an HR assistant

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of personnel
• Personnel administration
• Welcoming new employees
• Listening to and advising employees
• Management of interviews and conflicts
• Administrative tasks
• Payroll and social insurance management
• Drafting of contracts, certificates and work permits
• Monitoring of personnel files
• Organization of training plans

Your profile

• CFC or equivalent training
• Holder of the HR certificate
• Successful experience in HR
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have team spirit and a good ability to listen
• You are organized, versatile and dynamic
• You demonstrate rigor and autonomy
• You respect confidentiality
• Mastery of IT tools
• Perfect mastery of French, good knowledge of English
