Job description ###

Main responsibilities:

• Perform quality analyses (measurements and monitoring) and participate in the resolution of non-conformities
• Collaborate on the implementation of quality projects
• Ensure the follow-up of complaints to suppliers/ST and contribute to the improvement of their quality
• Write, edit, and administer all quality documents
• Maintain good relations with external partners and administratively process complaints
