In this context, we are recruiting Humanitarian Field Ambassadors. Your responsibilities 📋 As a representative of the association to the general public, you will ensure the development of our network of members through direct dialogue (door-to-door) in the municipalities of the region: Representation and awareness: Meeting residents with professionalism to present the values, local projects, and international actions of the association. Recruitment of regular members: Raising awareness among your interlocutors about the importance of sustainable monthly support in order to stabilize our actions and reach our goal of 1 000 members. Promotion of Active Member status: Presenting our transparent operation and the commitments linked to our official Member Card (weekly follow-up of actions via a dedicated WhatsApp group, voting rights on supported projects, and the possibility to participate in outreach activities). Administrative management of memberships: Assisting new members in completing their membership certificate, validating their monthly contribution via QR Code, and issuing their official card. Team coordination: Participating in daily briefings, ensuring rigorous monitoring of results, and contributing to the positive dynamics of the group in the field. Your profile Relational skills: Excellent presentation, oral ease in French, active listening, and the ability to establish an immediate climate of trust. Dynamism and perseverance: A taste for field work outdoors, resilience, and result orientation. Ethics and commitment: A strong interest in the non-profit and humanitarian sector, with the desire to carry a transparent and meaningful message. Experience: A first experience in direct dialogue, promotion, sales, or customer relations is an asset, but motivated beginner profiles are also accepted.
