Job Description ##

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect for new business opportunities in the B2B market;
• Develop a client portfolio through telephone prospecting, field sales, and appointment setting;
• Analyze prospect needs and present suitable solutions;
• Construct and negotiate commercial offers;
• Ensure follow-up of opportunities until their completion;
• Coordinate the implementation of services with operational teams;
• Develop lasting relationships with your interlocutors;
• Ensure rigorous reporting of your activity in CRM tools;
• Actively participate in the company's growth and the identification of new development levers.

The Successful Applicant ##

As a B2B Sales Representative, you have the following profile:

• Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a sales role oriented towards client development;
• Experience of the Swiss B2B market is indispensable;
• French (C2) and a minimum English level of B2;
• Solid experience in prospecting, appointment setting, and negotiation;
• Results-oriented approach and conquest of new accounts;
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams;
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills;
• Organization, rigor, and sense of priorities;
• Proficiency in a CRM, ideally HubSpot, is an asset;
• Driver's license mandatory.
