La Fondation Pré Pariset brings together three medico-social institutions (EMS) located at 3 sites in the city of Pully, with a total of 132 beds. It employs 240 employees. Our mission is to support elderly people losing autonomy, in long and short stays, as well as in its temporary reception center (CAT). We also manage a public restaurant, « le Delta », with 54 places and a terrace.

In order to complete our management team, we are advertising a position as

Animation Manager at 80%

You are a dynamic person, open to innovation, and have a manifest interest in the development of socio-cultural activities in a multidisciplinary medico-social environment. Of a unifying and positive nature, you demonstrate empathy. You find it easy to work independently and in a team and you lead by example.

As animation manager, you work in close collaboration with the managers responsible for other sectors, thereby actively contributing to our institutional project « Tous ensemble ». You guarantee the residents the quality of services as well as a welcoming living environment.

Main missions

• To be the guarantor of the institution's socio-cultural services
• To lead and manage a team of about fifteen employees (including apprentices, civil servants, and external providers)
• To actively contribute to the support of residents as well as to the development of their individual project, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• To be present in the field with the teams and the residents in order to encourage, support and lead by example
• As a manager, you participate in the important decisions of the institution as well as in the preparation and monitoring of your sector's budget, in support of your department head, the socio-hotel manager.

Your profile

• HES/ES diploma as a social educator or socio-cultural animator
• Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Benevolent, dynamic, organized and flexible personality
• Inspiring and motivating leader
• Customer orientation and a marked interest in the medico-social sector and geriatrics
• Person recognized for their professional, relational and organizational skills
• Excellent mastery of IT tools (Microsoft office, SADIES suite, etc-)
• Driver's license mandatory
