J.M. Lambelet SA is active in the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations in the Neuchâtel & Jura region.
For our After-Sales Service department, we are looking for a:
Versatile After-Sales Service Technician - 100% (f/m) / VENTILATION / AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING / REGULATION
Profile:
You are autonomous, motivated, versatile, and dynamic
You have in-depth knowledge in the field of ventilation, heating, air conditioning, electricity, regulation, and refrigeration
You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in this field
Residence in Switzerland
Holder of a CFC or equivalent training
You have communication skills, and interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers
You know and apply safety rules in maintenance work
You possess your driver's license
Desired:

• ARPEA combustion controller certificate
• Federal Diploma of specialist in thermal systems specialization oil/gas

Responsibilities:
Preventive and curative maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of installations covered by the contracts entrusted to you:
Ventilation, air conditioning, regulation, hydraulics, heat pumps, heating, and refrigeration
Detection and reporting of HVAC installation malfunctions
Mobile interventions including within the framework of the on-call service
Commissioning of new installations
Rigorous preparation of intervention reports
Readings for the preparation of offers for small jobs and maintenance
Relationship with customers and managers of various sites
Ordering of spare parts
Strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules, guaranteeing the safety of installations and people
