Our partner is a dynamic fiduciary company that accompanies a diverse clientele in the fields of accounting, taxation, payroll, auditing, and business consulting. The structure prioritizes close and quality support, while giving significant importance to digitalization, process efficiency, and new technologies. In order to support its development, it is currently looking for a Mandate Manager in fiduciary to ensure the follow-up of varied files and progressively advise its clientele.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You autonomously ensure the bookkeeping and follow-up of accounts for a clientele from various sectors, while guaranteeing reliable and close support
• You participate in annual closings, the preparation of financial statements and VAT returns, and contribute to the production of periodic reporting
• You take charge of tax returns for individuals and legal entities and progressively accompany clients in their accounting, tax, and administrative issues
• You manage payroll, social security contributions, and various administrative procedures related to personnel, while ensuring rigorous follow-up of the assigned files
• You participate, depending on your experience and interests, in more specialized mandates in the fields of auditing, valuation, restructuring, or business transfer

You offer your new employer

• You have a recognized higher education, completed or in progress, in accounting, finance, or fiduciary, such as a Federal Diploma, a Bachelor's, or a Federal Diploma in the field
• You benefit from professional experience in a fiduciary or with a tax authority and wish to continue developing your knowledge through contact with diversified mandates
• You communicate easily with a varied clientele and have excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT, as well as payroll management
• You master the IT tools necessary for the daily management of your mandates and demonstrate a real interest in digitalization and new technologies
• You demonstrate autonomy, an excellent sense of organization and priorities, while enjoying exchanges with clients and working within a small team
