To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and committed Head of Readings and Statements.

As Head of administrative monitoring and consumption management, you will play an essential role in our structure. Your main missions:
Calculation of consumption: You analyze consumption readings and establish individual heating and hot water statements for owners, property managements and tenants.
Customer relations: You are in direct contact with our customers and you ensure quality telephone reception.
Collaboration: You work autonomously while coordinating with property managements and/or owners.
Versatility: You take part in other administrative tasks as needed.
This position is for you if:
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee.
You have several years of experience in real estate accounting, notably the preparation of heating cost statements and service charge statements.
You are organized, rigorous and autonomous.
You like numbers and you know how to process data with precision.
You know how to manage a large workload without compromising quality.
You have a sense of customer service.
You enjoy contact with many interlocutors and keep your calm even when deadlines are tight.
You enjoy teamwork.
You master the necessary IT tools in a digital environment.
Do you also speak German at least level B2? This is an indispensable criterion!
Do you also speak English? This is an asset!
