Your GRAND Duties Front Office:

• For you, it is a matter of course to enable the guest to have an unforgettable stay
• You take great pleasure in receiving and managing reservations for the hotel as well as for our 3 restaurants
• Coordination between the departments is close to your heart
• You are a team player with passion

Your GRAND Duties:

• You look after our guests during the night
• Arrivals and departures including guest transport with the electric vehicle
• You perform various transports as well as cleaning and disposal work
• You perform inspection rounds throughout the entire hotel
• Personnel control during the night is part of your tasks
• You also perform administrative reception work
• You receive the daily turnovers, check and post them
• You are our security officer during the night
• Preparing the small dishes from our Room Service menu is no problem for you

Your GRAND Skills:

• You enjoy welcoming our international guests
• You are the contact person for our hotel guests at night
• You have already been able to gain experience in upscale hospitality
• You have a competent and charming appearance with a well-groomed appearance
• You support the team and think entrepreneurially
• You have good German language skills; foreign languages such as French and English are an advantage
• You look after our guests during the night
