The quality of its products is highly valued in the fields of roads and railways because it increases the degree of durability and safety of transport infrastructures. Your mission

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily operations on the ground
• Supervise, motivate teams in order to ensure the efficiency and cohesion of the group (20 people)
• Follow performance indicators, optimize costs and guarantee respect for deadlines
• Ensure compliance with laws, standards and the application of internal procedures
• Program and carry out maintenance interventions
• Ensure the administrative management related to the activity
• Ensure continuous improvement of performance and customer satisfaction

Profile sought

• Diploma in civil engineering, mechanics or equivalent training
• Solid experience in team management and operational supervision
• Professional career including a comparable function, ideally in construction or public works
• Excellent managerial skills and developed sense of organization
• Mastery of IT tools and management software
• Rigor, reactivity, analytical spirit and sense of priorities
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with teams and partners
