Job description
We are a dynamic team and would be pleased to find a motivated, resilient and caring person (woman or man). Your tasks:

Accompanying and integrating the children in everyday life, taking their well-being into account.
Ensuring their physical and emotional safety.
Promoting a harmonious group dynamic and a positive working atmosphere.
Observation and documentation of the children's development to ensure appropriate care.
Regular and constructive communication with the parents.
Support in the maintenance of the premises and their design for a pleasant environment.
Requirements:

Completed training as FaBe or Educator HF
(or equivalent training with experience in a Kita).

French or (Swiss) German as a native language.
