An Early Childhood Educator

Terms of employment

Start date: as soon as possible

Activity rate: at approximately 60%

Main mission

The job holder is a specialist in the support, monitoring, and education of young children from the toddlers group in St-Cergue. The educational team to which he/she will be attached ensures daily services (meals, sleep, health, etc.) and guides the child in their development, as well as in the discovery of self, their environment, and life in a community. The position also includes participation in pedagogical reflection and the implementation of means allowing for quality support and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Profile and sought-after skills

• ES Early Childhood Educator diploma or training deemed equivalent and recognized by SEFRI
• Willingness to share knowledge and participate in the evolution of educational practices
• Ability to work in a team and spirit of initiative
• Developing a collaborative relationship of trust with families
• Sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and reliability
• Discretion
