Mission

The mission of the position consists of providing speech therapy support to children and young adolescents presenting with oral and written language disorders as well as communication difficulties. It is part of individualized care aimed at supporting their development, their learning, and their autonomy. The intervention is carried out with young people presenting notably with specific learning disorders, behavior disorders, personality disorders, or autism spectrum disorders. The position involves close collaboration with professionals from the multidisciplinary team as well as with parents, within the framework of pedagogical and therapeutic projects adapted to the needs of each young person. Possibility of co-facilitating therapeutic groups.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in speech therapy or a title deemed equivalent.
• You have significant experience in the field of speech therapy with children and/or adolescents, ideally in psychiatry.
• You are comfortable supporting young people presenting with learning, behavior, or autism spectrum disorders.
• You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and know how to collaborate with various professionals as well as with families.
• You are autonomous, you adapt to various situations, and you possess good stress management.
• You demonstrate a good spirit of analysis, rigor, and precision in your practice.
• You are proficient in standard IT tools, notably MS Office.
