CNC Operator - Setter (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Set up and start up 3 and 5 axis CNC machines
• Work on Bumotec, Chiron and/or Willemin-Macodel equipment
• Program, modify and optimize in ISO language
• Perform series changes and necessary corrections
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Adjust machining parameters to guarantee precision and quality
• Control your parts and ensure production monitoring
• Identify machining problems and, above all, find the right solutions

Profile

• Proven experience in 3 and 5 axis CNC setting
• Very good mastery of ISO language
• Good mastery of Bumotec, Chiron and/or Willemin-Macodel machines
• Excellent reading of drawings
• Autonomy and a true technical spirit
• Precision, rigor and a good sense of analysis
• The desire to work in a demanding industrial environment where quality really counts
