Architect 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for projects
• Ensure monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Develop detailed plans and technical files
• Coordinate the different stages of the project with stakeholders
• Design and manage projects from conception to delivery
• Supervise calls for tender, analyze quotes and ensure monitoring of works
• Manage building permit requests and guarantee compliance with current standards

Profile

• HES or EPF Architect degree
• Proven experience in this field
• Advanced mastery of professional software
• Fluent French, both written and oral
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative spirit, excellent knowledge of regulations and ability to solve problems
