TCE Site Manager

You plan and coordinate new building construction works in the canton of Fribourg, ensuring the technical, budgetary, and administrative follow-up of the sites.

Tasks

• Plan, award, organize and coordinate building construction project works
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality
• Supervise teams on site and ensure communication with stakeholders
• Monitor the progress of works and guarantee compliance with safety standards
• Manage the administrative, contractual and financial aspects of the sites

Profile

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or site management, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in site management, minimum 3 years
• Good experience in the TCE (all trades) field
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations
• Good knowledge of digital tools
• Good practice of German is an asset

Offer
