Montfort Boutique Hotel will open its doors in Haute-Nendaz in October 2026. To bring this new address to life, we are looking for committed and dynamic employees.

Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Vallées domain, our establishment offers 44 rooms, a restaurant with 120 covers, a bar, a terrace, a seminar room, as well as a wellness area.

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are recruiting 2 commis de cuisine (M/F) in CDI (variable rate 60-100%), with the following main missions:

• Participate in the preparation and mise en place of the various stations
• Assist the chefs de partie in the preparation of dishes
• Prepare ingredients and perform preliminary work
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Respect hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Participate in the tidying and cleaning of the kitchen

What we are looking for:

• Motivation and a desire to learn
• Training in cooking or first experience in catering
