What you bring ###

Min. 3 years of experience ####

in the maintenance of technical building installations / art.13 OIBT an asset

Initial or continuing education completed ####

A CFC electrician or CFC electromechanical technician, or training deemed equivalent.

French (Very good knowledge) ####

Mandatory

Solid technical knowledge in building maintenance, particularly in MEP, as well as a good mastery of safety standards

Mandatory

An ability to diagnose faults, read an electrical diagram and intervene in an autonomous, rigorous and versatile manner

Mandatory

A good ease with usual IT tools and a strong sense of organization and priorities

Mandatory

Excellent interpersonal skills: team spirit, sense of service, flexibility, discretion, punctuality and availability for travel and on-call service

Mobility required for daily travel to our stores.
