Our client mandates us to recruit a 360° Property Manager to ensure the rental management of a real estate portfolio composed mainly of commercial surfaces and premises.

In this role, you act as a key interlocutor for tenants, landlords, partners, and service providers. You actively contribute to the enhancement of the real estate assets by reconciling economic performance, quality of service, and mastery of operational challenges.

Job Description ##

• Ensure complete rental management of a predominantly commercial real estate portfolio.
• Draft, monitor, and update commercial leases as well as contractual amendments.
• Drive the commercialization of available surfaces and implement necessary actions to limit rental vacancy.
• Organize visits, select potential tenants, and carry out move-in and move-out inspections.
• Supervise the administrative and financial monitoring of buildings, in connection with the relevant accounting teams.
• Ensure the monitoring of rents, indexations, collections, and contractual deadlines.
• Coordinate technical interventions and routine maintenance work with the relevant service providers and partners.
• Manage claims.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and the monitoring of the economic performance of the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with all internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant ##

• CFC in the real estate field or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a 360° Property Manager in Switzerland MANDATORY
• Proven experience in negotiating commercial leases (MANDATORY) and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of the administrative, legal, financial, and technical aspects related to real estate management.
• Proficiency in German or Swiss German MANDATORY
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and priority management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Sense of service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to defend the company's interests with diplomacy and conviction.
