Publiaz immobilier SA is a real estate agency offering notably property management services, administration of co-ownerships, brokerage, and appraisals. A family business active for 65 years, the head office is historically located in Renens and three agencies are also at the service of clients in Montreux, Rolle and Pully.

The position
Develop the brokerage service, by bringing your enthusiasm, your rigor and your commercial sense, with the following missions:
Prospect for new mandates from owners and developers
Appraise real estate, implement effective and targeted marketing for entrusted objects
Accompany stakeholders throughout the acquisition / sale process
Develop and maintain a network of business introducers and partners

Your profile
Successful experience in a similar position indispensable
Federal diploma of real estate broker or real estate appraisal expert (a plus)
Of a dynamic and proactive nature, with an extensive network of contacts on La Riviera
Ease in communication, sense of contact, customer-oriented and excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously, while evolving in a team, and endowed with good availability
Mastery of the French language, sure writing and spelling; knowledge of English (a plus)
Mastery of IT tools
Excellent presentation
