In three years of activity, we have built a rapidly growing company and we are expanding our team by creating several positions. Your role You are the common thread of the project, from the takeover of the file until the acceptance of the work. - Take charge of files after the award and ensure their implementation - Manage the planning, budget, and deadlines of your construction sites - Coordinate the technical office, the workshop, and the installation teams - Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, manage material orders, and follow up on deliveries - Be the direct interlocutor for architects, site managers, and clients - Ensure site monitoring, meetings, minutes, and acceptance of the works - Ensure compliance with SIA standards, safety rules, and our quality requirements Your profile - CFC in metal construction (metal constructor, metal designer-constructor); higher education as a technician or equivalent experience in project management is a plus - 3 to 5 years of experience in project management in metal construction, locksmithing, or building envelope - Experience in technical drawing in metal construction is strongly desired, as it facilitates coordination with the technical office - Good knowledge of SIA standards and Romandie construction practices - Reading and interpretation of execution plans; mastery of site budget monitoring - Comfortable with the Office suite; knowledge of construction management or CAD software is an asset - Fluent French, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus - Driver's license indispensable - Sense of organization and ease in conducting site meetings Professional experience acquired in Switzerland is a plus.
