For one of our clients, active in the watchmaking industrial sector, we are looking for an Elastomer Manager to strengthen its teams.

Your missions ###

• Ensure the management and development of the elastomer sector.
• Organize, plan and supervise production activities.
• Guarantee the smooth running of manufacturing processes and compliance with deadlines.
• Supervise, accompany and support the sector's employees.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and internal procedures.
• Optimize production processes and propose continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the various departments of the company.
• Ensure performance monitoring and the resolution of technical issues.

Requirements ##

Your profile ###

• Technical training in the field of mechanics, microtechnology or deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in the field of elastomers.
• Experience in team management and production organization.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes related to elastomers.
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous person.
• Natural leadership and sense of responsibility.
• Analytical mindset and solution orientation.
