M365 SharePoint Consultant

Mission Context

As part of the maintenance and evolution of its collaborative platforms, our client is looking for a Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant.

You will work on SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 environments, with a central role in administration, level 3 support, resolution of complex incidents, and supporting the progressive transformation towards Microsoft cloud solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments in operational conditions.
• Provide L3 support and handle complex incidents.
• Guarantee the availability, stability, and performance of collaborative platforms.
• Administer the associated main Microsoft 365 services.
• Automate administration and operations tasks with PowerShell.
• Participate in identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, Conditional Access, App Registrations, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance topics.
• Participate in ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Identify recurring incidents and implement corrective actions and automations.
• Participate in SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, business, and project teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Essential skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Expertise in administration and maintenance in operational conditions of SharePoint On-Premises.
• Very good command of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience in L3 technical support.
• Excellent command of PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Good command of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD :
• authentication and authorization ;
• Conditional Access ;
• App Registrations ;
• Microsoft Graph API.
• Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, and network concepts.
• Mastery of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance issues.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, notably Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration.
• Migration tools ShareGate and SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• SharePoint development with SPFx, TypeScript, and React.
• Monitoring and reporting tools such as Prometheus, SPDockit, or AdminDroid.
• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint / Microsoft 365.
