For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Pension Service in a permanent 100% contract based in the canton of Vaud. The Manager will be responsible for taking charge of the occupational pension service.

Our client is a fine Swiss occupational pension foundation.

Missions

• Operational management of the service ;
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of all activities ;
• Ensure the quality of services ;
• Preferred point of contact for the director of the pension funds ;
• Governance and institutional relations ;
• Supervise teams and establish a culture of continuous improvement ;
• Coordinate pension benefits with other social benefits ;
• Participate in the development of the strategy for the pension institutions ;
• Drive projects related to the activity, particularly IT ;
• Ensure coordination with external service providers ;
• Participate in the development of communication to the insured, notably via the new website ;
• Reporting to Management ;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Training in pension or insurance ;
• Similar and significant experience in a managerial position in pension and / or insurance in Switzerland ;
• Good managerial skills ;
• Comfortable with IT tools and change ;
• Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written ;
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written, ideally ;
• Command of Portuguese, Italian, Spanish as an asset ;
• Rigorous, charismatic, team spirit & organized ;
• Human-oriented and good communicator ;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality ;
• Swiss residence mandatory.
