As part of the development of our activities in Suisse romande, we are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Team Leader (M/F) to supervise our teams on various industrial, commercial, and residential construction sites.

Your missions

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise the assembly, modification, and disassembly work of scaffolding.
• Supervise a team of assemblers and ensure a good distribution of tasks.
• Guarantee compliance with safety rules, SUVA standards, and company procedures.
• Ensure the quality of the work as well as compliance with the deadlines provided.
• Ensure the monitoring of material and equipment on the construction site.
• Be the primary interlocutor between the teams, the works management, and the clients.
• Actively participate in field work.

Your profile

• Confirmed experience in the field of scaffolding in Switzerland.
• First successful experience in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of safety standards and working at heights.
• Sense of organization, leadership, and team spirit.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to make decisions.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
• Training as an assembler or scaffolding team leader is an asset.
