In order to adapt to the evolution of our management portfolio, we are looking for, for a start date to be agreed upon:

A PROPERTY MANAGER 100%

Whose profile must imperatively and at a minimum be as follows:

• A CFC Commercial Employee or maturity level,
• Proven at least 3 years of experience in the rental management of a real estate portfolio in Genève,
• Mastery of Swiss tenancy law,
• Great sense of responsibility,
• Autonomy in file management,
• Precise, fast and dynamic,
• Very comfortable with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Proven experience with Quorum,
• A perfect knowledge of the French language,
• Excellent spelling and writing skills,
• Swiss or valid permit.
