Based in Sion, we are a group of several companies active in the construction and architecture sector. From the first stroke of the pencil to the handing over of the keys, we have all the necessary skills to realize real estate projects of small or large sizes.

To help us pursue our development, we are looking for a:

Construction Manager 100% (M-F)

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure general management, coordination and site supervision
• Expertise in the drafting of tenders
• Proven skills in construction management
• Development and monitoring of detailed financial plans
• Efficient management of statements and invoicing
• Support for the design and planning of projects

Your profile:

• Holder of the federal diploma of construction manager or equivalent training
• CFC in building drafting or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of French, both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, Archicad 27 is an asset
• Driver's license required
