In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a foreman construction BF

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Plan, organize and direct work on the construction site
• Coordinate teams (masons, workers, subcontractors) and distribute tasks
• Ensure monitoring of work progress in relation to the schedule
• Manage the supply of materials and the use of equipment/machinery
• Control the quality of work execution in accordance with plans and SIA standards
• Perform site surveys and reports (daily reports, measurements)
• Ensure the interface between management, architects/engineers and field teams

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC in masonry (or equivalent training in building/civil engineering), completed by the federal diploma of foreman in construction
• Proven experience on site, ideally as a foreman or team leader, of more than 5 years
• Excellent skills in site management and budgeting
• Good mastery of reading plans and SIA standards
• Leadership and ability to unite a team
• Sense of organization and planning
• Resistance to stress and ability to manage site unforeseen events
• Driving license (cat. B)
