To strengthen its Management department, Régie de Fribourg SA is looking for an experienced property manager, capable of combining professional mastery, a sense of service, and autonomy in the management of their files.
Your role
You take responsibility for a portfolio of buildings and ensure their global management. As the reference interlocutor for owners and tenants, you coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure the follow-up, maintenance, and enhancement of the entrusted properties.
Manage the administrative and technical aspects of the portfolio.
Perform pre-inspections and move-in/move-out inspections and ensure the follow-up of files.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, repair, and renovation work.
Manage caretakers, claims, insurance, and maintenance contracts.
Control and approve invoices as well as management accounts.
Ensure follow-up and advice for owners and tenants.
Identify and propose enhancement and revaluation measures.
Establish and monitor budgets and reporting related to the portfolio.
Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders related to your portfolio.
Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in property management in Switzerland.
CFC as a commercial employee, draughtsman, or an equivalent title.
Additional training in real estate; federal diploma of property manager desired.
Solid knowledge of management, tenancy law, and technical aspects of buildings.
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and excellent organization.
Ability to prioritize, decide, and manage complex situations.
Interpersonal skills, sense of service, firmness, and diplomacy.
Excellent command of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language, as well as very good command of standard IT tools.
