Your daily life? Creating connections, understanding our clients' needs, identifying the right talents, and developing your network in the Valais market.

Your role:

You will take charge of the recruitment and follow-up of your candidates and employees, while actively contributing to the development of the agency.

Concretely, you will:

• search for, approach, and recruit the best profiles ;
• develop and maintain a solid network of candidates and partners ;
• understand our clients' needs and the realities of their professions ;
• conduct interviews and ensure the selection of candidates ;
• accompany and follow up with employees on assignment ;
• create a lasting relationship of trust with candidates and clients ;
• be present in the field and detect new opportunities ;
• actively participate in the commercial development of the agency

Profile sought ##

What we are looking for:

Above all, a personality.

You enjoy contact, you naturally have a sense of networking, and you know how to create a relationship quickly. You are dynamic, reactive, persevering, and you have a true commercial flair.

Autonomous and organized, you like to take initiatives, find solutions, and move things forward.

A knowledge of or a strong interest in the building, construction, and industry sectors is a real plus.
