In order to complete our team, Pilet & Renaud Transactions SA, a company dedicated solely to brokerage, is recruiting a Real Estate Sales Broker.

Your job description:

• Search for and acquire new mandates for residential and commercial buildings
• Perform estimations of investment properties
• Prepare sales files
• Market the mandates
• Manage and develop the database of potential investors and acquirers
• Accompany clients until the signing

Your profile:

• Commercial spirit, dynamic and motivated
• Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss real estate market
• Keen sense of negotiation
• Precision in the creation of files and "data rooms"
