As a concierge, you play a key role: you maintain everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained, and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site.

Your tasks: ###

• Execute inspection tasks autonomously
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities of the facilities
• Handle various requests and small troubleshooting
• Manage small repair projects
• Monitor and accompany the completion of work by commissioned companies
• Process work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets daily
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements in bank branches
• Surface maintenance upon request
• Ensure on-call service

Your profile: ###

• CFC operations agent or a title deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology)
• Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
• Mastery of French
• Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driver's license mandatory (company car provided)
• Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication
• Sense of interpersonal relations and service
• Ability to work alone or in a team
