Job Description

• In-depth analysis of technical files, tenders and specifications
• Performance of measurements and price studies with irreproachable precision
• Complete estimation of projects with high financial value
• Identification of technical risks, execution constraints and possible optimizations
• Consultation, negotiation and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparation of technical files for site execution
• Direct collaboration with management, site managers and field teams
• Active participation in the strategic and technical choices of projects
• Guarantee of the financial and technical consistency of the submitted offers

Profile Sought

• 10 years minimum experience in a design office, in specialized roofing estimation.
• Technical training in the field of waterproofing, roofing and tinsmithing
• In-depth mastery of measurements and plan reading
• Perfect knowledge of the Genève market
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor and a sense of priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit and solution orientation
