As the primary contact for our customers throughout Switzerland, you will advise them competently on our entire range of mailboxes and parcel boxes. You will combine active telephone sales, preparation of offers, data management, and commercial support to ensure reliable and complete customer follow-up, from A to Z.

Your missions

• Advise and support our clientele in French-speaking Switzerland by telephone on our products and services
• Prepare and enter offers into the ERP system (proALPHA)
• Ensure the follow-up of acquired orders until invoicing
• Develop telephone sales of mailboxes and parcel boxes
• Update customer data in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
• Handle complaints and service requests

Your profile

• Basic commercial training with several years of professional experience in the technical field required
• Marked interest in telephone sales and customer service
• Knowledge of civil protection works: an asset
• Good ability to read plans and excellent spatial perception
• Good mastery of MS Office tools
• Very good command of German, spoken and written, imperative
• Very good command of French, spoken and written, imperative
