Polishing Sector Manager (M/F)

Your missions :

• Supervise and organize the activity of the polishing sector
• Manage and support the teams
• Ensure production monitoring
• Ensure compliance with quality and production objectives
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the sector

Your profile :

• Solid experience in watchmaking polishing
• Proven experience in managing a team of at least 50 employees
• Good organizational and managerial skills
• Dynamic, rigorous person with good leadership
