Site Manager

For our Transformation-renovation department

Mission

• Preparation of construction sites (technical and financial)
• Site planning, notably regarding labor needs and inventory
• Daily organization and operational execution of construction sites
• Ordering and supply of construction sites
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Quality, Safety and Environment procedures
• Ensure financial monitoring, drafting of offers, supplementary offers, measurement of work performed and invoicing
• Monitoring of site meetings
• Ensure good relations with clients and works directors

You

• Hold a recognized training as a site manager
• Demonstrate confirmed experience in site management in Switzerland of at least 5 years
• Master standard IT tools as well as Baubit
• Proactive, autonomous and organized
