Introduction of the company ##

Within Swatch Group Gems, a purchasing center specializing in small diamonds, precious stones and other gems, you contribute to the performance and security of supplies for the Group's watch brands.
In an international and demanding environment, you take charge of the purchasing activities related to your portfolio: needs analysis, sourcing, calls for tender, negotiation, supplier monitoring and coordination with internal partners.

Job description ##

• Support brands in expressing their needs and propose suitable supply solutions.
• Identify, evaluate and develop a panel of reliable, competitive suppliers that comply with the Group's requirements.
• Manage calls for tender, analyze offers and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of price, quality, deadlines, service and commercial conditions.
• Anticipate supply risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing practices.
• For the strategic component, participate in the evolution and deployment of the purchasing strategy.

Profile ##

• Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, international trade or equivalent.
• Proven experience in purchasing, ideally in an international or industrial environment.
• Good mastery of purchasing processes: sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, contracting and supplier monitoring.
• Ease with digital, analysis and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Autonomy, proactivity, solution orientation and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors.

Languages ##

Fluent French and English.
